1. No Insurance Contract

The Site provides general information and quote intake only. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binder, contract of insurance, or offer to insure. Coverage exists only when a licensed carrier issues a policy and premium is paid.

2. Licensing

Insurance policies are written under The Rountree Agency ~ OnePoint Insurance Partners, a licensed insurance producer. Products, rates, and availability vary by state and are subject to underwriting.

3. Quote Requests

Information you submit through our quote form is used to prepare an insurance quote and to contact you regarding your request. Quotes are estimates, non-binding, and subject to carrier underwriting, verification, and final approval.

4. Communications Consent

By submitting your contact information, you consent to be contacted by ACA and its agents by email, phone, or text regarding your quote or policy, including at any number you provide. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text or emailing coachtree@aca22.com.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to submit false information;
• Interfere with, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site;
• Upload files that contain viruses or malicious code.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, and images — is owned by ACA or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

7. Third-Party Content & Links

The Site may reference or link to third parties (including carriers, sponsors, and the Chalk Talk podcast). We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or practices.
